From Providers: During registration, we collect your full name, phone number, WhatsApp number, service area, bio, years of experience, Ghana Card details (number and photo), a selfie, references, and optionally a profile photo.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To verify provider identities and maintain platform trust
• To display provider profiles (public info only: name, category, area, bio, rating)
• To enable customers to contact providers via WhatsApp or phone
• To verify review authenticity using reviewer phone numbers
• To investigate reports and resolve disputes
• To generate anonymous usage analytics (profile views, contact clicks)

3. What We Never Share Publicly

• Ghana Card numbers or photos
• Provider selfie photos (used for admin verification only)
• Reference contact details
• Reviewer phone numbers
• Reporter contact information

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. Ghana Card images and selfies are stored in encrypted cloud storage accessible only to FixAm administrators for verification purposes. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Cloudinary — for secure image storage
• Railway — for application and database hosting

We do not sell your data to advertisers or any other third parties.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Withdraw from the platform at any time

7. Data Retention

Provider data is retained for as long as the account is active. If a provider is removed or requests deletion, their Ghana Card images and selfie are deleted within 30 days. Reviews and public profile data may be anonymized and retained for platform integrity.

We use essential cookies for admin authentication. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
