You can permanently delete your FixAm provider account at any time, directly inside the FixAm mobile app:
- Open the FixAm app and sign in.
- Go to the Pro tab to view your dashboard.
- Tap Delete Account under Quick Actions.
- Type
DELETEto confirm.
Deletion is permanent. Your profile, identity documents, references, reviews, and contact information are removed and cannot be recovered. If you cannot use the app, email support@fixam.pro and we will delete your account within 7 days.

How do I delete my provider account?
Open the FixAm app, sign in, then go to Dashboard → Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm by typing DELETE. Once confirmed, your profile, identity documents, references, reviews and contact details are permanently removed and cannot be recovered. If you cannot access the app, email support@fixam.pro from your registered phone's associated email and we will delete your account within 7 days.
How do I become a verified provider?
Apply through the Join as Pro page or in the FixAm app. Submit your Ghana Card, a selfie, and references. Our team reviews applications within 24-48 hours.
How do I edit my profile or update my ID documents?
Sign in to the FixAm app and use Edit Profile or Update ID Documents from your dashboard. Changes are reviewed by our team before going live.
How do I report a provider?
Open the provider's profile in the app or on fixam.pro and tap Report this provider. We review every report within 24 hours.
Is FixAm free to use?
Yes. Browsing and contacting providers is completely free for customers. Joining as a provider is also free.
Why was my account suspended or rejected?
We suspend or reject accounts that fail identity checks, receive repeated reports, or violate our Terms of Service. If you believe this is a mistake, email support@fixam.pro with your full name and registered phone number.
