For pros

Your Pro Dashboard: Views, Calls and WhatsApp

A tour of the FixAm Pro dashboard: profile views, WhatsApp taps and calls, the 7 and 30 day charts, reputation, the Money card and quick actions.

The FixAm dashboard is the first screen you see when you sign in to the app as a pro. It shows how many customers looked at your profile and contacted you, what they said about you, and the shortcuts to run your profile and your money. Open it from the Dashboard tab at the bottom of the app.

The numbers at the top

At the top you see your name and your FixAm ID, the short code that also prints on your invoices. A small mark next to your name shows your status: a tick when you are verified, an hourglass while you wait for review.

Under it is your availability. Available for work means customers see you as open to jobs. Switch to Busy when you are fully booked. Show customers you are available or busy explains the options.

Then comes Your performance, with three numbers:

  • Profile views: how many times customers opened your profile, on fixam.pro or in the app.
  • WhatsApp: how many times someone tapped your WhatsApp button.
  • Calls: how many times someone tapped your call button.

The big numbers are your totals since you joined. The line under Profile views shows the views in the last 7 or 30 days and your average per day. A small badge shows whether you are up or down on the period before.

Pull the screen down to refresh the numbers.

How customers reach you (calls and WhatsApp, not an in-app inbox)

FixAm has no inbox and no job requests inside the app. Customers who like your profile tap WhatsApp or Call and reach your phone directly. FixAm does not see the conversation and takes no part in the price.

So a WhatsApp tap on your dashboard means a customer opened a chat with you. It does not mean they sent a message: some people open the chat and change their mind. If the number goes up but your WhatsApp stays quiet, check that the WhatsApp number on your profile is the one you use every day.

Reputation, Money and quick actions

Scroll down for the rest of the dashboard.

Reputation shows your rating, your number of reviews and your stars. When new reviews come in, a green pill shows how many are new. Tap the card to read every review and reply. Read and reply to customer reviews has tips.

My business invites verified pros to open a business page, or shows the state of the one you have.

Money holds three rows:

  • Invoices and receipts: bill customers and give receipts. You can create them once your account is verified.
  • Earnings: money received, money still owed, and statements.
  • Payment details: the mobile money number printed on your invoices.

How to send an invoice from your phone starts there.

Quick actions opens the tools for your profile: Share profile, My Work, Certifications, Edit profile and Update ID documents.

Log out sits at the bottom.

The 7 and 30 day charts

The 7D and 30D switch next to Your performance changes the period for the chart and the numbers under it.

Tap the Profile views card for the daily breakdown. The screen shows Last 7 days or Last 30 days, with:

  • A bar for each day.
  • Your Daily average.
  • Your Best day, and how many views it had.
  • A comparison with the period before, so you can see if a change you made helped.

Use it to test things. Add new work photos or rewrite your bio, then check the chart a week later. Views tell you if customers are finding you. WhatsApp taps and calls tell you if your profile convinces them. How to get more jobs covers what to change when one of those numbers is low.
