For pros

Share Your Profile Link and QR Business Card

Send your FixAm profile link on WhatsApp or show your QR business card so customers can save your number, read your reviews and call you back.

Every verified pro on FixAm has a public profile with a link of its own. Share it and customers can save your number, read your reviews and see your work photos before they call. The FixAm app also turns your profile into a QR business card you can send or print.

Your link looks like this: fixam.pro/pro/your-name. It came in the SMS when you were approved. To share it:

  1. Open the FixAm app and tap the Dashboard tab.
  2. Under Quick actions, tap Share profile.
  3. Tap Share link only.
  4. Choose WhatsApp, or any app on your phone, and send.

The message says your name is on FixAm and invites the customer to view your profile, work photos and reviews, followed by the link.

Anyone can open the link in a browser. They do not need the app.

The link only works while your profile is live. If you send new ID documents, or your account is suspended, the link shows nothing until the team approves you again. Customers who saved it will see your profile again once you are back.

The QR business card

The Share Profile screen shows your card: your photo, your name, a VERIFIED PRO label, a QR code and fixam.pro. When a customer scans the QR code with their phone camera, your profile opens.

To send or save the card:

  1. Tap Share my card.
  2. Your phone's share menu opens with the card as a picture.
  3. Send it on WhatsApp, or choose Save image to keep it in your photos for printing.

The card shows your current profile photo. If you change your photo, share a fresh card.

Where to use it: shop, van, flyers, WhatsApp status

  • WhatsApp status. Post the card now and then, so your contacts see it when they need a pro.
  • After every job. Send the link so the customer saves your number and can leave a review.
  • Your shop or stall. Print the card and stick it where customers wait.
  • Your van, toolbox or helmet. A QR code works when you are not there to answer questions.
  • Flyers and receipts. Print the QR code in a corner.

Print the card at least the size of a playing card so phones can scan it easily.

Have a business page as well? It has its own QR card. Set up a business page explains where to find it. For more ways to win work, read How to get more jobs.
