For pros

Set Up a Business Page for Your Company

Verified pros can open one business page with its own name, logo, services, hours and reviews. What you need, the steps and how approval works.

If you run a trade company, with a team, a shop or a registered name, you can give it its own page on FixAm. A business page has its own name, logo, services, areas, opening hours, photos and reviews. It sits beside your personal profile and links to it. Opening one is free: no sign-up fee, no monthly fee and no commission.

Who can open a business page

  • You must be a verified FixAm pro. Your personal profile has to be approved first.
  • One business per person.
  • The business must be registered, and you need its registration certificate: a certificate of incorporation or a business name registration certificate. The page cannot go live without it.

When you are eligible, your dashboard in the app shows a My business card with Run a business? Put it on FixAm.

Not registered yet? Register first with the Office of the Registrar of Companies, then come back. Business registration certificate: what to upload explains which documents FixAm accepts.

The steps on fixam.pro

Open your business page on the website, because that is where you upload the registration certificate. Once it is live, you can manage it in the app as well.

  1. Sign in at fixam.pro with your phone number and SMS code.
  2. Open the Business tab and tap Open business page.
  3. Name your business. Type the Business name and choose the Main trade. You can add up to 2 more trades and pick up to 20 services from the lists. Add a short tagline and an "About" line if you like.
  4. Where you work. Choose every area you serve under Areas served, add a Landmark customers know, and your GhanaPost GPS address if you have one.
  5. How customers reach you. Add the Business phone, a WhatsApp number if it is different, and your Opening hours.
  6. Show your work. Add the registration certificate, a Logo (a square JPG or PNG under 2 MB) and up to 12 Work photos of real jobs.
  7. Tap Submit for review.

What goes live, and when

The FixAm team checks two things: your registration certificate, with the Office of the Registrar of Companies, and the page itself. Because of the certificate check, review can take a few days. Your page shows In review until then.

You get a notification when the team decides:

  • Live: customers can find the business by trade and area, and on the Businesses page. Your personal profile shows "Owner of" with your business name.
  • Changes needed: the team needs something fixed first. The reason shows as an Admin note. Edit and send it again.

A live page shows the Owner ID-verified badge and the blue Registered business badge. Reviews of the business are separate from your personal reviews.

Every later change to a live page, including a new logo or photos, is checked by the team. Your page stays live while they review it.

Your business QR card

Once the page is live, open My business in the app and tap Share business card. The card has your business name and a QR code that opens your page, so customers can see photos and reviews, then call or WhatsApp.

Tap Share link to send the page link, or share the card and choose to save the image. Print it for your shop, vans and invoices. Your personal QR card stays separate. Share your profile link and QR business card covers that one.
