Track Your Earnings and Download a Statement

See what you received, what customers still owe and how they paid, then download a PDF or CSV statement for this month, last month, the quarter or the year.

The Earnings screen in the FixAm app shows the money you received, the money customers still owe you, and how they paid. When you need a record, for a bank, a landlord or your own books, download a statement as a PDF or a spreadsheet.

Open it from the Dashboard tab: scroll to Money and tap Earnings.

Received, still owed and overdue

At the top, choose the period: This month, Quarter or Year. Each one runs up to today.

  • Received is the total you were paid in that period, with the number of payments. It counts every receipt: the ones made when you marked an invoice paid, and the ones you created for cash jobs. A small line compares it with the period before.
  • Still owed is the total of invoices you have sent that are not paid yet, whatever the period. If any are past their due date, it also shows how many are overdue and how much they add up to.
  • Invoices paid is how many invoices were paid in the period.

The chart below shows what you received by day for This month, and by month for Quarter and Year.

Earnings only count money you recorded as received, so a sent invoice does not add to them. When money arrives, mark the invoice paid, or create a receipt for a cash job, and it shows here. Give a customer a receipt explains both.

By payment method and top customers

By payment method splits what you received into Mobile money, Cash, Bank transfer and Other, with the number of payments for each. It is a quick way to check your MoMo statement against your FixAm records.

Top customers lists the customers who paid you the most in the period, with how many times they paid. These are the people to thank, and to ask for a review.

Download a statement (PDF or CSV)

Scroll to Statement.

  1. Choose the period: This month, Last month, This quarter or This year.
  2. Choose the file: PDF or CSV (Excel).
  3. Tap Download statement, then save or share the file from your phone.

The statement lists every payment you received in the period, with totals. The PDF also lists invoices still owed.

  • PDF is best to print or send to someone else.
  • CSV (Excel) opens in Excel or Google Sheets, so you or your accountant can sort and add up the figures.

The statement is your own record of what you received through FixAm invoices and receipts. It is not a tax document. If you need figures for tax, give it to your accountant.
